The Scouts will be tent camping at Hudson Mills Metropark. Parents and siblings (going into the fifth grade or older) are welcome to join the Scouts for the weekend.
Saturday will be spent canoeing, approx. 3 1/2 hour trip, down the Huron River near Hudson Mills Metropark.
Meet at church parking lot at 6:00pm dressed in uniform. Please eat dinner beforehand; the Scouts will have a snack after site setup.
The Scouts will return Sunday at approximately noon to the Maxfield Edu. Center parking lot, located across Raphael Street from the church. If you are not accompanying your Scout, please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached that morning. Your Scout will most likely call when they are on the way home to give you a more exact time for pick-up.
Electronics use by Scouts is only allowed during travel to/from outings
