Participants will have the opportunity to experience hands-on high adventure programs, exhibits, camping and arena shows. Activities include; Challenge Courses, Foam Challenge Course, Big Cats Challenge Course STEM Zone, Water Rockets, Field Sports, GaGa Ball, Blacksmith, Horse Back Riding, Branding, Disc Golf, Inflatables, Water Slide, Zip Line, Scout Relay, Canoeing, Snow Snakes, Rain Gutter Regatta, Paintball Target Shooting,  Tomahawks -- and more! And it will be big! In one afternoon, current and prospective Scouts will erect nearly 6,000 tents- that's a campout! We have reserved spaces for 24 participants. Reserve as soon as possible to get the entry level price for this campout. The price will increase by $15 on September 1st.

Scouts will meet in the Our Lady of Sorrows church parking lot at 6:00 on Friday dressed in their class A uniform. They should eat dinner beforehand. The scouts will have a snack after site setup. The Scouts will return Sunday at approximately noon at Our Lady of Sorrows. If you are not accompanying your Scout, please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached. Your Scout will most likely call when on the way home to let you know when to pick them up from Our Lady of Sorrows on the return trip.

Early Discount
Before 8/31/2019 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that Troop has published, and I have read, a policy regarding refunds for trips on which my son cannot attend. In the event of a normal trip, I will not receive a refund unless I notify the leader in charge no later than 5:00 p.m. of the Wednesday immediately prior to the departure date for the trip. I may receive a refund if a cancellation after the cancellation date is the result of an emergency, as determined on a case-by-case basis by the Troop Committee in consultation with the Scoutmaster.
