The last date for registration has passed.

Join us for a weekend of camping, backpacking, and cooking at Gerber Scout Reservation.

We will be leaving OLS on Saturday morning at 6am.  Please meet in the parking lot by 5:45am so that we can take attendance and pack up vehicles.  As always, Scouts should be dressed in Class A uniform for travel.  The plan is to get to Gerber and start our hike once we get there.

The Scouts will return Sunday at approximately 1pm to the Maxfield Education Center parking lot, located across Raphael St from the church.  If you are not accompanying your Scout, please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached that morning.  Your Scout will give you a more exact time for pickup once we are on the road.

Early Discount
Before 10/30/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Chiefs Registrants.

Before 10/30/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Phoenix Registrants.
Before 10/30/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Space Cows Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that Troop has published, and I have read, a policy regarding refunds for trips on which my son cannot attend. In the event of a normal trip, I will not receive a refund unless I notify the leader in charge no later than 5:00 p.m. of the Wednesday immediately prior to the departure date for the trip. I may receive a refund if a cancellation after the cancellation date is the result of an emergency, as determined on a case-by-case basis by the Troop Committee in consultation with the Scoutmaster.
