The last date for registration has passed.

We will be going down to Ohio to visit the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and hike the Wright Memorial Trail.  We'll be camping at Camp Hugh Taylor Birch in Yellow Springs, OH





Due to Covid, all Scouts and adults will need to bring and prepare their own food.  They will also not be sharing tents. Details will be discussed at the meeting prior to the event. If you do not have your own tent, please make sure that you talk to your patrol quartermaster to ensure that we bring enough for those who need them.  For food, Mr Fraley has challenged the scouts to try to do more than just oatmeal and Ramen.  

We will meet at Our Lady of Sorrows parking lot at 4:45pm on Friday Dec 4th to depart at 5pm for Camp Hugh Taylor Birch. Please be dressed in Class A uniforms and eat dinner beforehand.  There will be time for snacks when we get to camp.  The scouts will leave after breakfast on Sunday, December 6th.

The Scouts will return Sunday at approximately 1pm to the Maxfield Education Center parking lot, located across Raphael St from the church.  If you are not accompanying your Scout, please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached that morning.  Your Scout will give you a more exact time for pickup once we are on the road.

Early Discount
Before 11/11/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Chiefs Registrants.
Before 11/11/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Night Hawks Registrants.
Before 11/11/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Phoenix Registrants.
Before 11/11/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Space Cows Registrants.
Before 11/11/2020 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Troop 110G Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that Troop has published, and I have read, a policy regarding refunds for trips on which my son cannot attend. In the event of a normal trip, I will not receive a refund unless I notify the leader in charge no later than 5:00 p.m. of the Wednesday immediately prior to the departure date for the trip. I may receive a refund if a cancellation after the cancellation date is the result of an emergency, as determined on a case-by-case basis by the Troop Committee in consultation with the Scoutmaster.
